Learning Theory

This is a 24-lecture course (about one hour each) at Johns Hopkins that introduces the probabilistic foundations of learning theory.  The main topics of the course are estimation and optimal control, with examples from the primate brain.  The lectures cover the topics in Biological Learning and Control (Shadmehr and Mussa-Ivaldi, MIT Press, 2012).
